Hi, I'm Michael Zusev.

I'm a data and AI engineering professional with more than six years of experience building reliable data platforms, BI reporting tools, and analytics products in enterprise environments.

I translate stakeholder needs into scalable, well-documented solutions across AWS, GCP, Snowflake, and advanced analytics ecosystems — leading cross-functional work with vendors, senior leaders, engineers, analysts, and scientific stakeholders.

As of 2026 I'm working for Sanofi as a Data & AI Engineer, managing interdisciplinary teams and vendor-led initiatives for R&D data and AI.

Based in Toronto. Outside of work, I'm a founding member of the Canadian Open Data Society and a community organizer with Civic Tech Toronto.
